We were honored to have former Battalion Chief and Safety Officer, Dave Dodson, as he taught us "Reading Smoke and the Art of First Due". Along with his PowerPoint presentation we viewed raw footage of strucutre fires to aid us in learning how the three steps to reading smoke.
